Seccor Construction has completed various landscaping projects including:
- Construction of playgrounds, sandpits, pergolas, decks, paving and fencing for the Wellington Kindergarten Association. (Island Bay, Plimmerton, Mungavin, Onslow, Adventure, Tairangi, and Brooklyn).
- Construction of engineered car decks for the Housing New Zealand complex on Macaulay Street, Johnsonville.
- Construction of residential items such as decks, pergolas, garden sheds, retaining walls, privacy screens, balustrades, and raised planters for various clients.
Commercial

Seccor Construction has completed interior fit-outs and light commercial construction for a number of businesses, including a new dental practice. Services have included project management of process, construction of partition framing, reception desks, and cabinetry, and building maintenance.
